DERMAJUVENATE This company sent me a free trail for the creams and without permission they discounted from my credit card $87.91 American dollars. these people is very irresponsible and abusive. They do not give you the opportunity to decide if you want to buy the prod ripoff usa Nationwide
Hi,
I received this product on March 27, 2015 and their policy says that I supposed to call in fourteen days to confirm my order if I feel satisfied with the product. From March 27 to April 06 is 6 business days, no fourteen if I count including weekends and holydays is eleven days today, how it is possible that this guys charged your credit card already without any sign to hear from you if the product is right? This is very irresponsible from their side. They are blowing away potential customers with this kind of abusive treatment. Please DO NOT DEAL WITH IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE LIKE THIS ONES. Allow the customer to certify if IT want want the product or not. I am still trying to ocall them, but nobody answer the phone surprise!!!
