Consumers beware that a "free" trial of Dermitage Advanced Skin Renewal cream is not at all free.  Dermitage advertises a 14-day "FREE" trial, but upon closer examination customers must pay $5.95 for Shipping & Processing and if you do not take action before the 14-day trial period ends you will be billed $99.95 for the skin cream already sent and you will automatically be enrolled to receive future shipments at a monthly charge of $99.95 PER MONTH!

This is VERY EXPENSIVE skin cream so if you do not want to be subjected to future billings or a huge hassle in cancelling, I advise you not to sign up to receive the "free" trial of Dermitage.

In my experience, the Dermitage advertising was misleading and the fine print strategically placed, if it existed at all, detailing the terms and conditions.

When trying to cancel, I encountered long hold times on the Customer Care phone line and sales professionals, once I reached them, who tried to get any additional money possible.  First I was told that to keep the product it would cost $99.95, but after stating my desier to return the product I was told I could keep the product but would only be charged $49.95 and finally I was told I could keep the product for $39.95.

I decided to return the product and was told that I needed to return the two small containers of skin cream containing any unused product in order to avoid the charges described above.  Now I am required to pay shipping charges including delivery confirmation in order to return the partially-used skin cream containers.

My experience with Dermitage has been one filled with frustration and required me to pay shipping charges both to receive and return a product that was advertised as "FREE".
