Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I William Penn House performed singing/entertainment services for Mr Hadley and his Motown group (The Motowners) for agreed compensation and was not paid.

I also rented Mr Hadley a pa speaker and was not paid the agreed compensation.

After many conversations with Mr. Hadley and forgiving part of the monies due he still has not paid the monies due.

This has been going on for over two years and I have no alternative but to seek other legal methods of receiving payment.

PennHouse Productions Violates Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, March 04, 2019

I Derrick Hadley. The owner and producer of The Motowners pride myself in conducting myself as an informed business owner with proper business ethics.

Myself and Mr. Pennhouse came to a verbal monetary agreement. However, in his apparent demented state of mind. My House has now put himself in a legal backlash due to violating the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act. First off. Mr. House has directliy lied on me by posting my persoanal information and saying that I would not pay my debt.

Secondly, Mr house sent a threatening text to me on Wednesday February 20th. He informed me that he was aware that I was performing in Coral Springs on Friday the 22nd in the same city in which he resides.

He then proceeded to confirm via text that he would contact the Mayor of Coral Springs about our business and said quote un quote.

(I think It will be a little bit embarrassing if you don't go ahead and make things right. The ball is in your court}. The Flordia Consumer Collection Practices Act prohibites anyone from attempting to collect a debt by contacting someones employer or threatening to contact a third party about someone's debt like Mr. House suggested he would do via text to me. Mr. House, should be ashamed of himself

I contacted Mr House via text and expained what an unintelligent idiot he is to actually send me this text threatening that he would contact a third party; which is in direct violation of the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act.  Due to Mr Houses irrational, ignorant, and irrational state mind in sending me this text.

He now will be the center of my defamation and unethical lawsuit which will force Mr. House to learn to be accountable and a better business person that will respect and adhere to the color of law.
