During my time there i have seen minorities treated as if they were a lower class of people we would get the bottom of the barrel loads there are no blacks working in upper management in dispatch the vp for operations would always help a white driver but a black he would not.If a family member passes in a white drivers family they would get money to help black driver would get nothing.Its just very unsettling there.
