Destiny Mccart ripoffs puppy buyers Malvern Arkansas
We went to puppyfind.com and found 2 puppied that we wanted to buy. We did a background check on the 'seller' and sent a cashiers check to her for $1075.00. August 18th 2004.
A few days after we confirmed that she recieved the check we called her and were told that she would ship the puppies the following Thursday.
To make a really long story short, she played games of not emailing us back, not returning our calls and only after i called her fathers house did she contact us and lets us know that that she was not going to be able to ship the puppies.
She claimed that she was going to give our money back. She hasn't. She changed her phone # and her email and has not bothered to contact us.
The BBB, what a joke, put her on the "bad list". Her local PD wont do a thing. Our local PD wont do a thing. The attorney generals office in both Arkansas and New Mexico is a waste of time, space and the lumber that it took to build.
The FBI is going to 'attempt' to help. over all we were told that you CAN scam people on the net for $1000's as long as you dont get too many complaints and no one will do anything.
So i guess its time to write a book about how to do something ilegal and not get in trouble.
