Dez I ordered a fur head wrap. Never received it. I contacted the supplier in February who said it was shipped. I have a letter from the post office that it was returned because no one was available to sign. New York New York

I ordered a fur head wrap. Never received it. I contacted the supplier in February who said it was shipped. I have a letter from the post office that it was returned because no one was available to sign. Seller says there is nothing he can do. Can't leave a review or file a complaint with Etsy. I don't have hard earned money to waste. Never again will I order through them. They are hands off.
