I was awarded a judgment for $5350 and was USJEB sent me a letter from Miami stating for a fee of 20% plus $150 for the filing fee they would garnishee the debtor's wages. I faxed my agreement for the 20% and received multiple phone calls from Peter Jacobs for the $150 filing fee, once it was cashed, he doesn't return my calls or numerous emails.
In our many conversations I asked Peter Jacobs what was up with the website usjeb.com why it wasn't up and he stated that they are working on it getting the "shopping cart" set up.....good excuse. HA!
I have made a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. My check was cashed by DGM Financial and there are numerous reports about them collecting funds from debtors and keeping the money. I was horrified when I saw all the complaints and outright ripoffs.
I'm hiring a lawyer.
