As a representative of DH Hospitality, I would like to extend my sincerest apologizes to whomever was involved in this complaint.
I can attest that out of the 351 properties DH Hospitality installed from June-December of 2012, 98% of the comments back to our company were genuinely and highly satisfied with the performance of our crews, especially the performance of Dion Johnson.
