You will be amazed if you could take a look to these two company wrong doings anybody alive in 2011 would think that slavery was over more than half of century ago but the sad truth is that it's still going on ;wise people like diakon logistics who lavel their employees as contractors or owners operators just a fancy name to get away from their responsabilities as employers ,meaning that if they control and treat their contractors like animals a least they should pay for healyh insurance ,retirement, and make sure they will get pay overtime after 40 hours a week cause we,re working 90+ hours a week and sometimes no clearing 300 bucks a week after truck, insurance, damages and help eductions. and and top of that be treated like a trined dogs.
IS THERE ANY AGENCY IN THIS OR ANY GOVERNMENT THAT MAKE SURE THAT WISE COMPANIES = LIKE THIS ONE DOES'NT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR WORKING CLASS OR POOR LABOR WORKERS ,THE ONES THAT KEEP AMERICA MOVING THE ONES THAT ARE GETTING ABUSE AND THE GOVERNMENT ANT THE FAMOUS CEO'S AND GM'S PUT EARS PLUGS SO THEY DON'T LISTEN TO US, BUT GUESS WHAT I WILL BE WRITING UNTILL YOU'RE HOLD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUS WRONG DOINGS .

i have much the same story as you do friend. only mines even worse. these people need to be stopped, and im getting ready to take them to court it looks like. the dept of labor is leaning to the side of backing me, as they have heard this before about diakon/zippie performance. i dont know who you dealt with, but the person in question in my case is john sherritt and shelton "tim" mcdaniels. if you want in on this, let me know and we can exchange info. i did get a check finally, but it was only less than half what i agreed to making my pay about 3.67 a day. i was also charged for uniform items i never recieved, and a background check that was bunk. this is out of the exact same location you were employed at. i was also threatened with bodily harm if i said anything else about shelton "tim" mcdaniels,as he told me "if u ever say one more word on my name, i will make it personal, because i know where you live". i mean really? sears hires these people? and, this idiot told me he would do this.......thanks for telling me, cause if anything happens then i guess i know exactly where to send the police.....lmfao! criminals is what these people are, as well as modern day slave drivers. he probably thought it was funny making a white guy work like a dog for nothing. this may actually be a race related thing, im not sure yet. either way, these people will get whats coming to them, and i dont have to "threaten" with anything but the law, cause im smarter than that. im serious though, get hold of me somehow, and we can work together. i have a large, extremely winnable case set, and id like to add anyone involved. lets get these crooks where it hurts.....THE POCKETBOOK!

You just prove my point people are getting abuse and treated like dogs and you are worry about my GED shame on you ,i bet you have your hands like a beauty queen ,princess and don't worry about my educations.
PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE EDUCATIONS HAVE RIGHTS TOO AND FOR YOU WELL EDUCATED MAN NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW , ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION, SO SOONER OR LATER THE LAW WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU.
AND ALSO I APOLOGIZE THAT I CAN NO GIVE A BETTER SPELLING ,LET REMEMBER YOU,I HAVE A REAL
JOB 20.000 POUNDS A DAY BY HANDS 14 HRS AND DRIVE A 2600O POUND TRUCKS AND ALSO BE A RECESSINIST. AND AFTER PAST 2 HOURS OF BULL S IN THE MOURNING!

You HAVE proven, you need help with your education, starting with 5th grade.
