For all of those that wish to complain about your dealings with Evonne Denney and Diamond Acres Kennel, or whatever she now calls her company, please contact THE WRONG PUPPY and send all your documentation, as instructed below... You may not be able to recoup any money, but attorneys such as John Hoffman and Charlotte Creeley are tirelessly working to alter legislation, rescue sickly dogs and puppies, and see to it that people such as Evonne Denney and all the other importers get prosecuted for their crimes and sentenced to prison...
The Wrong Puppy (http://www.thewrongpuppy.org) is asking for your help. We need to gather as many complaints as possible about the purchase of import puppies from each and every abusive puppy import broker still hanging out their shingle. Warren James, one of the puppy buyers from Gina Price, set up a website called RebelRidgeKennelsIsBad.com (no longer in existence), which he used to collect complaints from puppy buyers. He had more than 30 complaints when the FBI investigation against Price started and more than 200 by the time the decision to prosecute was made.
We need to gather information and documents that we can use to justify prosecution of more of the bad guys. The information we need is:
1. What the buyers were promised, and
2. What the buyers received.
Documentation should include:
1. Purchase agreement and health guarantee;
2. Registration papers;
3. All emails and correspondence between the buyer and the seller or anyone working for the seller;
4. Vet records, including diagnoses and invoices
Please contact Attorney John Hoffman at canada@... if you have available documentation, or simply mail the documentation directly to his office at John E. Hoffman, Esq., 4035 Robin Hill Road, Flintridge, California 91011-3811.
Be sure to include any envelopes in which things were mailed, and records of any wire or Internet transfers of money in connection with the purchase of their puppy, because it is necessary to show use of the mails or wire facilities (including Internet and Western Union transfers) to show fraud by mail and fraud by wire, each of which carry sentences of up to 10 years in prison.
We especially need your help if you are a former employee who has information and/or copies of records. Please contact us! The Government can promise employees lower sentences or immunity in exchange for cooperation. Former employees (and current employees) can help break the cases wide open since they have far more information as to what was really happening than do the buyers
Cases involving puppies who died or who had serious medical problems are the most important, but we also want cases in which the promised registration papers were not provided and in which a promised health certificate was not furnished.

Attorneys Charlotte Creeley and John Hoffman have worked tirelessly and pro-bono in their efforts to thwart the illicit trafficking of sickly and ill-bred foreign puppies... And thanks to Mr. Hoffman's testimony before the US Congress, the United States has recently enacted new legislation concerning the importation of puppies into the United States... Furthermore, Mr. Hoffman recently testified at the trial of Gina Price (another importer that sold sickly puppies and didn't honor her guarantees or health warranties)... Mr. Price was found GUILTY! in a federal court of law and faces her prison sentencing hearing this December. Ms. Denney is LYING when she boasts that attorneys that are working pro-bono (and that means entirely FOR FREE!) are out to scam innocent victims of her puppy-milling operation... Whether she imported sick dogs, or bred the dogs herself, she has failed to keep accurate records and mail registration papers. Anyone that has a legitimate complaint against Evonne and Gary Denney, or their Diamond Acres Kennel operation, is welcome to submit copies of exchanged emails, receipts, veterinary bills and health reports, and even copies of her ridiculous rebuttals on this or any other consumer website to the two attorneys at The Wrong Puppy Organization in the hopes of having this person endicted and charged for the criminal acts she may have committed. There're people that quote the Bible, Ms. Denney, and use the Holy Book unscrupulously... And then there're competent and refined attorneys that'll stand up in a court of law, raise their right hand on the good book, and give sworn testimony on behalf of all your victims... And we can only hope that they throw the proverbial book at you - time and time again - for each and every person you've ripped off, scammed, and lied to, as well as for each and every ill puppy you crated and shipped off without ever giving your actions a second thought.

Sorry to Disappoint You,,but I NO~ longer Import,,,NOR did I EVER~ have Sickly dogs,,,or puppies that ever~ died!! Our puppies were 100% Healthy,,,& came from Show/Breeder Champion Breeders!!!! NOT~ every Breeder is a Bad Breeder in Europe!!! But we were simply importing to bring in NEW~LINES~ to BETTER~ & Improve the Breed!!! But I guess all of these Money Hungry Attorneys do NOT~ have the Commen sence to Understand that!!!! So just to Pre-Warn ALL~ of you People out there,,,these Attorneys NEVER~ Accomplish anything,,but taking & Stealing Money Out of Your Pockets!!!!! It's Sad once You think about it,,,but hey~ I guess they figure everyone's~ gotta make a living!!! But Umm Ya~ We have NEVER~~~~ been Sewed or taken to Court EVER~~~!!! And WHY~,,,Well b/c We have Only~ Sold the Very~ BEST~ of the Breed,,& Always~ Send Health Records, & Legally Binding Health Guarantee's w/ our puppies-that YES~ every Customer MUST~ Obide by it,,or We will make it Null & Void!!!
