Alisha Jacuzzi of Diamond J ranch is selling dangerous horses which she advertises as safe for children and beginners.

The website shows children riding the horses and they make them look very quiet and safe. When you talk to Alisha she is so sweet and makes you feel she is taking care of you. They say the shipping is included in the price, but they don't tell you that they will take a month to get the horse shipped to you. They state that you can return the horse in 30 days for another one of their horses if yours does not work out. They don't tell you that means 30 days from purchase! They also state that they will get the horse shipped to you in less than two weeks. Then Alisha stalls to buy time, so the 30 days tick by.  When you get the horse, a month later, you realize you have been swindled. At first the horse seems nice and quiet, yet when ridden seems like it has no training at all. Then after a week it suddenly goes crazy like a rodeo bronc for no reason

The supposedly safe bombproof horse they sold me viciously bucked me off and sent me to the emergency room. I am badly injured and can't ride, drive, bathe myself, or work. Alisha Jacuzzi does not care who she hurts or steals from. I would love to join others in a class action lawsuit. The horse they sold me is too dangerous to sell and I am afraid to even give him away. I have been hurt so much by this woman, but I don't want to pass on that hurt to others. I want Alisha Jacuzzi to stop selling horses.

Now when I look at the contract, I see how she added a paragraph to disclaim all of the things she brags about on her website. It says you are getting the horse as is, and folks, don't be fooled like I was: that means a dangerous bronc. By the way, I am not a beginner, but an accomplished rider, and I did not do anything with this horse but handle him gently and carefully. Alisha Jacuzzi is a scam artist and she should be ashamed of herself.

alisha jacuzzi sold me the perfect horse. I am also an accomplished rider. I’m lucky to be walking and have permanent damage with rods and pins in my leg from a horrific accident on this so called safe horse. Took a month to get here  broke my leg in 12 places and two ribs. Spent three months in a hospital bed then a wheel chair. Will never ride again or skate again or ski again. I guess I’m just supposed to be happy to be alive after being Scammed by this Phoney woman  i paid 12,000 $ for a horse that nearly killed me and gave him away for nothing.  Alisha jacuzzi didn’t give a rats a*s about what happened to me.  Just move on to the next sucker Wish I could warn people about them.  I should have listened to my gut instinct when something seems to good to be true dont trust it
