Steve Hanchon did not send my order out for 6 months after the purchase was made! Also, there were several items missing!!!! He did not do his part to ensure a satisfactory transaction, perhaps because it was an international transaction.

Hi, have been doing business with this company for the last 5 years. I have nothing but good things to say when it comes to Steve Hanchon. I have worked very closely with him over the past several years and know that he is a very honest person who alway pays is debts or invoices on time or before they are due! This seems to be a case of a lost item that has not been recoved. Steven Hanchons company did their part in sending accroding to the customers request, and being international it makes it hard to track if lost. Ebay can be either a good or bad place. It only works if we all work together to fix problems rather than lashing out and making false claims.
