Diamond Resorts Monumental Scam North Las Vegas Nevada
In 2004 We purchased a Time Share from Sunterra Corporation for a price of $23,000 and a yearly fee of $40. Diamond Resorts took over Sunterra. The annual maintenance fee for 2008 was $1200. The fee for 2009 is now $1540.
The increase is staggering and we can no longer afford this annual fee. We have contacted a few companies who will take the property off our hands if we PAY THEM $2595.
I suspect that there is a giant scam going on here. I believe that Diamond Resorts will keep increasing the yearly fee until you either give it up or pat to have it taken off your hands.
Please let us know what we can do to get out from under this burden. We are elderly and living on a fixed retirement. This has become a total nightmare.
I would greatly appreciate anything hat you can do fro us.
