The contact info I have is Isaac H., Hecht I believe, 800-515-3935 Ext. 1562. Please tell him Brian told you to call. But watch out. He is very skilled at implementing their "protocol" which is designed to tear down all your reasons for a refund and assure they keep all your money by giving you, at best, a store credit. He'll cite to the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt. If you got an appraisal it was not an independent lab. If they did not take the stone out, you could not get an accurate weight. If they did take the stone out, the ring was udulterated in violation of the terms and conditions. He has an answer for everything and so working with him will never lead you any where but into more frustration and despair. He told me he beats everybody-even the Attorney General of the state of New York. The methodology you need to use can be found elswhere in these reports so you need to discover it and then be persistent.

As stated here on ROR http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/001/ripoff0001343.htm BBB does not accurately post complaint records and does nothing to help consumers resolve disputes against DUES PAYING MEMBERS! The DUES money is far more important to the BBB then the consumers it is supposed to protect!

I just got back from a cruise that also promoted Diamonds International and their other stores. They are nothing but a scam, I got suspicious and managed not to get conned. However, I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website and some of their stores are listed as "A" rated. Most are not accredited and no complaints are shown. If you really want to get to these people, file complaints against them. If more than one person is calling and investigating their business practices maybe they will shape up and make this right.
