This lawfirm advertized they would stand behind you, and help you get out of debt. Protect you from loosing your home, and so on.

This lawyer saw my twice, both times, said he would do all he could do, to help save my home. Neith time, he did a thing. Never even explained to me what was happening.

In the end, he told me I was free of all my debts, then now I am going up against a foreclosure on a balloon note that was attached to my house. He never did a thing to save my home, after 5 years of paying $450.00 a month toward just my home.

Where is this money, why could he not saved my home, why did he not tell me I was just wasting my money paying this for nothing, if he could not save it. Because I would have walked out of his office and never filed this Bankruptcy.

Jes I do apprecaite your reply. But according to even another lawyer, I can loose it. No-one has ever even mentioned what you did to me. I have called everyone I know to call. Something is just not making any sense to any of this. If this Jack Dickerson new from the begining I was going to loose my home, as he say's because of a "so called balloon note" over 2100.00, which was not attached to the bankrupcty, because it was attached to the house. Why did he not tell me, so I could have took the money I have spent paying this trustee for 5 years, to turn around and loose it anyway. Now how many american people would just keep giving there money to the trustee, to have to walk off and leave it in the end. HHHMMMM>>> not me. I have made my-self a promise, I will fight till they have to just throw me out on the street. Have you ever heard of a bank trying to make you pay a loan back, that was in bankrupcty? Yes attached it to the cost of my mortgage, which of course made my mortgage higher. I have to pay that to the bank, also,if I want to get it out of my name. When I called this Dickerson law Firm,,they he-hawed, and said "well yes they can do that" This Dickerson, has just set me up for a great fall. All at my expense. But I am going all the way, every single paper, document, signed or not signed will be checked over and over, until some lawyer some where can find fault in this. So I can sue him to the highest level. Speaking of signing documents, the only documents ever signed legally was in Sept 2001, where that document states the home was not even in bankrupcty. That was under a totally different case number. It seems to me, I should have a singature on the case he has me loosing the house under. Is this correct, or am I just reaching for stars?

AS PER THE NEW BANKCRUPCY LAWS, YOUR HOME..THE PLACE YOU ARE LIVING, CAN NOT BE SOLD IN ORDER TO PAY YOUR DEBTORS. DID YOU FILE FOR BANKCRUPCY? I SUGGEST YOU CALL ANOTHER BANKCRUPCY ATTORNEY TODAY!! YOU CAN ALSO CALL YOUR TRUSTEE, PROBABLY YOU HAVE HIS PHONE NUMBER IN THE BACKCRUPCY DOCUMENTS.
