I purchaded some diet supplements from this company by internet. The next morning a tried to cancel the order, i was told by a man that I could not cancel the order. I would have to wait until I received tham then call for a RA# to return them. So about 2 weeks later I received them, I called and a man gave me an RA# and told me to write this # on the enveolpe with the product in it and also write Diet Supplement on it. He said someone would be by to pick it up. I waited 2 more weeks and no one had came to pick it up. I gave it to my postal carrier and he put refused on it. I waited another 2 weeks and called and asked about my refund. They said they needed the tracking number before they could verify that it had been received. I told them there was no tracking #, they said I needed to call the Post Office and get that number. I called the local post office and the teller said when a package is refused there is never a tracking number. I called the company back and they said there was nothing they could do without the tracking #. I asked if they received a package with my name and address wouldn't they know it without a traqcking #? I was hung up on. I called again a women answered, she told me the same thing, I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was the suppervisor and told me again I needed a tracking #. She hung up on me too. I do not know what else to do, I can not afford to lose $300 on something I do not have and tried to cancel within 24 hrs. Any help in this matter would be appreicated. What happened to the the Consumer Rights Act 2015?
