Diet ZX....Nothing but a Rip-Off!!!!
It's been nearly two months since I saw their TV ad for "try Diet ZX today, FREE!!" I made the order, but it was far from being free. They charged me $55.60 for "shipping & handling fees."
I just got my credit card bill a couple weeks ago with tthat charge on there, which you think would be normal, BUT I never received the pills!!! Two months...and I haven't gotten the pills, yet they charged me for them!!!
I would have thought that since I was paying for the shipping that I would have received them by now. I've tried getting through to their customer service lines, and I can't get through.
Honestly, I don't think they ever intended to send me my pills and I don't think they even have ANY operators working on their "customer service" line. They are a major RIP-OFF!!! Even if they would've sent me the pills, I'm beginning to think that they wouldn't have worked anyways. That's called false advertising and they should be sued for it!!!

Their name: gregg martin Their phone number: @Rebuttal_Phone@ Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: i have had the same problums with this company, but they say that they have sent the merchandise, last week. the best # to call is 1 800 457 0825. this is direct to cust service, you might have to wait 4-5 mins, but wait!!!!! they will answer. dont use any other #, they just run you around or wont answer
