DigiDivision Ltd - Turnkeyforms.com - Turnkey Forms Via PalPal And BBB Internet
First off, DigiDivision Ltd, PayPal, Tom Pisarski, and the BBB are all WORTHLESS! You will get no help at all from any of them. They only want your money. They do not care about the customer at all!
So if you buy from DigiDivision Ltd. aka turnkeyforms.com, you will not get the software you paid for! And PayPal WILL keep your money! The BBB will close your case with no reason. Why? Because ebay/Paypal is on the board of advisors for the BBB! They are all sleeping in the same bed together. I'm a BBB business member, and now I will close my business membership with the BBB, and also tell my thousands of customers why we did! $500 a year to the BBB for what?
This payment was for a Game Arcade script, which as the other posted stated, is NOT complete. turnkeyforms.com will not respond after months of sending email. They are not a U.S. company. See WHOIS below:

A review of your account indicates that the payment sent to the seller was for intangible goods. Specifically, it was for downloadable software. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy is designed to help buyers recover funds from sellers who do not ship the promised goods. In your case there were no goods to ship. As stated in our terms, our Buyer Complaint programs only cover payments for tangible, physical goods. All other payments, such as payments for intangibles, services, airline flight tickets, Classified Ads on eBay or licenses and other access to digital content are not covered by any Buyer Protection Program that we offer (but may be covered by Chargeback rights).

People, PayPal gives seller accounts to anyone who has bad credit and can not obtain a real merchant account for that reason. This means (in most cases) the company you are dealing with (who takes PayPal) was irresponcable in their bsuiness dealings in the first place. This is why they are forced use a third rate merchant company such as PayPal.

I just read this... I too have bought scripts from Turnkeyforms.com in the past, but I have never gotten software that was not usable. In fact, I am happy with what I got. I bought the Adsense Ready Websites, the Arcade Games Website and the MySpace Resources scripts and each and everyone of them works just fine.
