I placed an order online on September 26th, for an Olympus StylusVerve S Camera, and was emailed within an hour confirming the order and requesting that I call Brian.

I did, and was told that the order had been processed and the camera would arrive on October 4th.

When I hadn't received the shipment by October 6th, I called but was kept on hold for an extensive period of time, so I emailed my question about my shipment.

When I didn't hear by by mid afternoon, I called again and spoke to Daniel Brooks in Customer Service, who after researching my order informed me that the camera was not in stock, and had not been shipped as I had been previously told.

He suggested that I select a different camera, but since it was a gift requested by my daughter, I could not at that time make another selection and asked Daniel to cancel the order and credit my Visa account, which had been debited on September 29th (even though the camera was not in stock) I, then, placed an order elsewhere for the camera that I wanted.

Later that same day, I got an email stating that Digital Etailers had shipped the camera, and sure enough it arrived on Monday the 10th. I have returned this camera, as since the camera wasn't shipped on the 26th, and also wasn't backordered or out of stock as I had been told on the 6th, I do not feel that I should have to pay for the shipping and insurance that was required on returned items.

I have requested a refund of the $257.75, plus shipping/insurance of $10.25 to return this camera to you, total refund $268.00.
