I own a legal assistance company, we offer a product and a service as well. Processing legal action for over 650 clients in the Midwest region is a tough task, yet everyday we satisfy customer needs, and deliver our services on time!! We currently were looking to finance 15 televisions from Digitalnow.tv for training purposes, so I decided to beta test one television order for my sons birthday.

There is clear & definate evidence of POOR MANAGMENT & communication with this company Digitalnow.tv. Their customer service representatives are uneducated and you can tell by their lack of vocabulary and total incoherence of the situation.

Normal companies have databases at the very least (either physical filing or electronic) with each customer file at hand. When a client calls with a question you should be able to know basics about ordering status, name of customer & shipping address.

When you call digitalnow.tv you get confused & uneducated responses to very simple questions. I asked for one fullfilled order, or an indivisual that I could contact for a refernce, and they COULD NOT give me ONE.

Also there are no transfers of calls. I have called several times requesting to reach a different level of managment, and have been denied every time. This is very unprofessional and shows that the managment (if there is any) is cloaking the inevitable.

The period of time in which a customer should have to wait is comming near. Legal action date set to be Sept 1. If my customer order agreement is filled before this date, I will post here.

The following is a timeline and report of my experience with digitalnow.tv:

* I ordered the package in June.

* Money was withdrawn from my account June.

* Shipping confirmation date was confirmed for July 15th.

* After I didn't receive my shipment on July 15th I called.

* Digitalnow sent financing paperwork to be signed and returned.

* Sent paperwork to Digitalnow for processing July 20th.

* Called confirming finance agreement was received July 25th.

* Shipment date was pushed back to August 15th.

* Shipment did not arrive on August 15th.

* Called to confirm order status August 18th.

* Order status still open

Please contact (email deleted - see below) if you would like legal action assistance in this matter.

With these comments posted of this article alone we have a automatic win case. For one, the CEO will not show up in court, if he does...he is an idiot. I have 15 years of legal experience. I love bringing these types of companies down! And this one is personal to me. Remeber this will be a small claim, you are granted up to $3000.00 in a small claim court. The following is a list of charges or fees that you may have incurred during your agreement with the company: * missed work (date or dates if multiple). Include hold time on the telephone. * amount withdrawn from your account. * time used to contact the company, if you have a second job you can apply your rate of pay missed. * postage used to send letter, envelope, as well as the travel exspenses to get these envelopes. * Have you traveled to deleware to try and contact the company, document the miles and charge the going .41 cents a mile, with hotel and food. * Non sufficient funds fees from bank. * Does your job require you to be updated by the news or changing trends in the market? We can determine an amount to justify your hardships without a television. If you are ready to take legal action the following steps will get you your money back! If they do not return your money to you upon request, then you will be able to garnish wages from the CEO, if he has no wages then the money will be garnished from his tax returns. I have done this for many of my clients. Though this process is a last resort, it is also the most effective way to get ALL of your money and time spent compensated for. Next Step is to ask for your money back, and for the money to be directly deposited into your account. If they took it out, then they can return the amount. Document this step as well, with a date and time and confirmation if at all possible. If they fail to fulfill your request then you must go to the Wilmington City Hall and tell them that you need to schedule a small claim hearing. The clerk will give you all of the documentation to set a date, and will ask you if you would like to have the "notice to appear" hand delivered. The fee is only about 15 dollars and you can also add this fee as well as all of the court costs onto your total amount from the defendant. When the date arrives, I am sure the defendant will not show, so the court will agree to any charges that you describe by default, and the judgement will be in the amount you requested. The defendant will have then have 30 days to pay you the full amount. If and when the defendant does not pay...your out of luck...just kidding! Next, return to court to request a summons of History for the defendant, from this we will get all of the information needed to garnish the wages from his place of employment or in a last resort, the tax return. I will proceed with thses action promptly after 09/15/2005. Please contact me thru Rip-off Report, they will forward your contact info to me if you would like to travel to Deleware, I will be making a pit stop at Digitalnow.tv before I get to City Hall, to request my televison set one last time.

I have also been trying to get answers about my tv system and I am getting the run arounds all day, my order was suppose to be delivered on 8/5/05, I stayed home from work to sign for it but it never showed, i lost money that day, but I have been callingand only spoke to Charles after he posted his ext. he say that to wait a week and I whould receive it. So I am waiting, patiently, I know that I will not receive it so I am ready to do what I have to in order to get this company to do the right thing by their customers, I have not read one comment saying that they received their tv set on time. They have the worst Customer Service I have ever seen, No one know anything, HOw can I become a part of your plan. I am very interested. Thank you in advance
