I was promised delivery on July 27, and it never showed. I contacted customer service and they were by far the rudest and most ignorant group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. and offered no answers or concern for my problem.

Then by chance I was able to get Hold of Mr. Charles Mason, whom I thought was a fair and honest man. He told me some lies and explanations (also lies) and this eased me for a time.

And now even Mr. Mason had promised my delivery last Friday, and guess what, thats right, I have recieved nothing from them. But now I can't even get a hold of them. I mean noone, the phones all redirect to Mr. Mason (who would rather waste his time rebutting angry customers telling the truth here then return our calls) and he doesn't return my calls.

I am going to contact all of the major news stations in my area and see if they can do a rip off repport to help. I also suggest you all do the same. I am also going to contact the Deleware State Attorney's office and see what assistance they might offer.

It is actually hurtfull to me to think that people like this in our society. People who have no problem stealing our hard earned money and laughing at us for it. Well Mr. Mason, I WILL NOT cancell, and I will take every action needed to see that either I get my merchandise, or that you and the rest of you go to jail.

And don't bother calling digitalnow.tv's phone numbers they all lead to extention 704, which never answers. And now the web site is down too.

Well Charles, I gave you 10,000 chances too many. And last night I virtually begged you to send me a product that I already paid you for. And I warned you that if you couldnt show enough human decency to call me, I would infact call my police. Well you didn't, so I DID. The police department has now started a full investigation in to this matter and are going to cantact to appropriate federal authorities, as appearently you have also violated federal laws as well. So I just wanted to say thank you for the shattered dreams, and I sure hope you enjoy whatever jail time they all give you.

Hey Charles Mason... I hope you read this one. I too have now contacted my police department and am starting a criminal case against you and your company. Since the only person who seems to have been satisfied had to go to this measure, I at this point of my hurt and frustration with you, have now taken the same action. I hope we can resolve this before the police return my call for their investgation, which mind you will be this evening. And as advised by my police department, should you have the decency to finally call me, all conversations will be recorded as part of their investigation if needed. So please Charles, all I want is my product as you promised. Or an upgrade as you also promides and the $100 refund you also promised. Please Charles lets resolve this before it gets out of hand.
