This app promises to help you save money by transfering funds from your checking account to their mobile app. They tell you it takes 3 days to transfer the funds and you will be able to withdraw the funds back into your checking account. However this is false.

My funds have been tied up in their app for a week now and I am not able to access it or get any help from their support team. They do not have any method of speaking to a live rep. The only way you will get a response from them is if you post a comment on their facebook page and even then they stop responding after their first reply.

When you attempt to close your account with the app, they give you an "error" message. They also still keep withdrawling from your bank. When you keep attempting to close your account and get your money transfered back into your bank's checking account, the website will tell you that they were unable to transfer the funds and that they need to send you a check in the mail.

I have seen countless unsatisfied customers who are having the same issues. https://www.facebook.com/hellodigit/ You can easily see it by going to their app in the Android playstore or visiting their facebook page "Digit.co". I am currently looking to file a small claims lawsuit.
