The way this place is run, they bring in willing illegals from Mexico to act as owners/managers of the pizza shops. (Being a pizza shop all the workers are paid under the table). What they do is, after a weeks or so, the 'manager' takes some of the profit and goes back to Mexico. When the workers ask for their pay, they are told that the old manager ran off with it and that the new owner is not responsible.
In reality, there is a guy named 'Pino' in charge of all the Dimeo restaurants and he runs this con.

or even a strong suspicion that any of this is true, contact your local State Police Dept, INS, IRS and even the State Labor Board. Those who facilitate illegals working in the US are being prosecuted, the illegals are being bussed out, the IRS insists on the taxes being paid (to the best of my knowledge, which may be outdated at this time, anyone working for cash and receiving over $600 per year is required to be issued a 1099 for tax purposes), and the Labor Board kind of likes to have people paid for services rendered. Sounds like you were an employee that got stiffed, and are in a position to make sure that others don't suffer the same fate. Don't want to be dragged into the quagmire?
