Very disappointed with the fact that once the payment was made no one responsed to my calls or emails. I was getting responses and calls before I sent payment but once the payment was made, thats it. I have tried to get hold of Ken Nix and no luck.
Please do not waste your money and time here find someone where you can drive upto and get the estimates accurately.

I think it is our responsibility to update any feedbacks that we leave here as the case progresses. We were contacted by the company and our case was well handled.
We strongly believe that if was the heat of the moment, we were frustrated and upset with the insurance company and not being able to get in touch with the appraiser, which later we found to be related to the weather knowing out communications.
The case was handled very professionally and we have no hesitations of recommending them to anyone, we really hope that if we had an option of removing/deleting the report we would definitely would have.
