Hi,
i hired Dimitrios gulbalis to create a logo, business cards and a website for my business. we agreed on the price and paid him 50% up front. within few hours, he created a logo i liked and was waiting for my printed cards to come. meanwhile, he was suppposed to start working on my site. after he finished the first page, which came out like a 10 year did it, i asked him to change it as i was not happy with the design. next thing i know , he walked out of my office and called me all kind of names. ever since, he would not return my calls and when he answers, he would call me names and tell me to sue him. at this point, all i have a is a lousy logo. i asked him then to deliver my business cards and i will be willing to cut my losses short and move on.
DImitrios then threatened me and asked for an extra $500 up front to get my cards!!! what a scammer!!
I WARN ANYONE NOT TO WORK WITH THIS GUY UNLESS YOU DONT PAY HIM A DIME UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE, AND PLEASE DONT FALL FOR HIS CRYNG I AM BROKE AND LIVE WITH MY MOM TRICK AND TAKE HIM TO LUNCH!!!
this is unfortunate, as i hired him with good faith and even was actively trying to refer work colleges to help him out.

Hi, I was hired to developed a web site and i did not get pay for it, Mike Alaoui P.A. that have a site name thinkcommercial.net work as a Commercial Property Consultant at Keyes office. This person hired me to developed a web site. What i did is after work several concepts most to the end of each he always change his mind and i end up at the beginning, so i toll him that if he wants more changes he have to pay extra for them, and he refused to do so. I explain several times how much time is taken to do the changes and he underestimated the labor I put into. The sad part was that I included some extra things that i did not charge as a logo and business cards. I have all the concepts to proof to any body. This is a complain directly to the way he does business, he is a person who hides behind a title, and think that he can get away with everything. Who ever read this is under advised that Mike Alaoui P.A. is a low and ignorant about anything else that he does not understand. If he sells house or give any advised for this matter, I will really consider the risks that the person have to take. Please if anybody do so, you have my sympathy, because if he does not do it at the beginning he will do it at the end. Dim62 Miami, Florida U.S.A.
