Diralast Roofing Rick Dirr and Corey Dirr franklin Ohio
Diralast Roofing- owners Richard Dirr and Corey Dirr stole my money and ripped me off. I hired them and contract was made to repair damages to my home from a flood. Proper paperwork and documentation was given to my mortgage company PNC due to the amount of the damages. After the first check was received by PNC which came from my home insurance, I signed the check to Richard Dirr never to see him again. They sent a painter (Donnie) to my house weeks later with products from Walmart to paint my house with. Donnie did not finish his work and the work he did do was hidious. Donnie also stated several times that we should fire them and that they had no intentions of finishing the work and we're scamming me. Every time the painter would show up they would call him and make him leave. He would cry and say we were good people and did not deserve this. Finally he said he would not be back. I got in contact with Corey Dirr several times. Every time he would say his mom was sick and that's where his dad was in Michigan and he just didn't have any one to do the work. I stated then give me my money back and he would not respond. This has been going on since oct. 2013. Still no work to be done by them. I have contacted the attorney generals office and they are trying to help me. These criminals are moving all around trying to keep from being located. Any help would be appreciated as me and my kids can not afford to replace this money stolen and have been living in bad conditions for months. Last few conversations with Corey dirr 1. He stated he was going to kill himself over the stress of this 2. His dad would be here the following Monday to complete all the work himself and he would send his girlfriend to Michigan to take care of his mom while his dad was here 3. He accidently called my mom's phone number error and asked for Bridget and my mom stated to him who's she was and he said oh hi well have her call me sometime. Now there shop sign is down in front of the business and trucks are still there. Any help would be appreciated again. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as I have read several reports online from other people they have ripped off
