I bet you my self-respect (something Josh Churney has none of) Josh was responsible for once again taking advantage of unsuspecting and trusting people like yourself. I wouldn't trust that kid with two wooden nickels! That kid is spineless and what Direct Capital (a company that is backing up this discrace to the human race) doesn't know is, once his father gets his company set up, Josh has laughed about dropping his employment with DCC like it was a bad fish dinner and not even look back! So just to give you a heads up DCC, you will finally see what we are talking about and you will have wished you took us seriously, because he is one liability a company like yourself could afford to pass on.

I find your post very interesting as with each message anonymously posted on this site gets a response directly from me with my full name and contact information and I've had no return calls from customers responding to my rebuttals for several weeks now. So excuse me if I find it hard to understand your comment that we were not able to speak. Logically it make no sense for me to post my contact information just to ignore someone.
We also find it interesting that about 70% of the postings made on this site, with a message by me to provide assistance, go unanswered. I would think that anyone who took the time to Google and go through the effort to post a message would certainly welcome an opportunity to have their issues heard and resolved. In fact, if you look through the updates, any real customer who I've spoken to has posted a message that the issue has been resolved.
If you are a real customer, please provide me your contact information - on this site - and I will be more than happy to discuss. If you don't, than all I can assume is that you are a competitor attempting to use unscrupulous means to win business.
