Paul Ringuette, VP of sales Direct Capital Corporation took immediate action to review my complaint and refund the $329.00 the next day. I have never seen a complaint corrected so fast. Paul was so great, he even follow-up to make sure my bank received the refund. I guess I was wrong. Sometimes its the people who work on the business and not the business itself that sometimes ruin's, the business reputation. Thank you Paul again for your help. You deserve every praise.

Paul Ringuette, VP of Direct Capital, listen and reviewed my complaint, then refunded the amount paid for $329.00 the next day. This guy is awesome. Thank you again Paul for your help.
