Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
So, I cancelled service with Direct Communications Cedar Valley in April 2012.  Since then I have been billed erroneously, refunded, billed again, credited, billed again and have had my bank account hit at least twice causing NSF fees by the bank.  To this, Direct Communications adds their own fee on something I never really owed in the first place - who knows anymore since they haven't kept the billing straight ever!

I call every time I get a bill and every time I am told everything is fine and then I get another bill showing that things are not fine.  I check my bank and sure enough they have tried to pull funds to pay for the fees that they caused.  I am told that it is my responsibility to shut off auto payments ... I assumed that once the service was cancelled so would the auto payments be shut off (my mistake).

I call the corporate office to which I am told to call the local office - the local office is the one that tells me everything is fine and that its my own fault for not shutting off the auto payments!  This morning they demanded payment for the bounced fees they added to their side!!!! HOLY HELL!

This is a monopolistic company that have you over a barrel and can't or won't perform decent customer service.  The corporate offices in Idaho deny any responsibility for their field offices. Don't do business with them if you can avoid it!

I paid on time everytime for 7 long years ... then this is happening to me!

Go with cell phone and one of the other ISP if you can ... please don't let this nonsense happen to you

Contact your bank and pay them whatever it takes to refuse direct payments to this company. The bank can put a block on Direct Communications.
