Direct Express Hung up on twice by customer service supervisor, Internet
I was hung up on twice today by Customer Service supervisor who told me his name was 'Charles'. My call was for a UPS expedited shipping fee reversal I was promised on 2/14/2013 because I waited from 1/7/2013 until 2/18/2103 for my replacement card.
