Direct Talent Source Model Agency hired me to do an Oral B Promotion and NEVER PAID ME San Antonio Texas
Last July, I was contacted by Direct Talent Source modeling agency through onemodelplace.com to do some promotional modeling work for Oral B 3D Excel toothbrushes.
I was required to purchase a display table (which I was advised would be reimbursed), and white non-brand shoes to be able to complete the one week assignment. I used several tanks of gas as I traveled to Walmarts in different parts of Florida demonstrating the Oral B toothbrush.
As per the instructions I received from Direct Talent Source to return my signed and dated "timesheet" as well as the supplies used for the demonstrations. For the last year I have been playing phone tag with this company and have still not received payment for the work I performed.
I wasted time, money and energy all for nothing. Does anyone know of any actions I can take to get paid? I am a single mother and I have a family to feed. I cannot afford to have large companies ripping me off!!!!
