on June 3,2010 I ordered a outdoor gas grill.  The next day I mailed a check for the purchase to this company.  The check was processed the next day. 

This company has a 30 delivery guarantee which is referred to on their invoice. 

When I called their customer service dept I was told that they could not tell me when the grill would arrive.  When questioned the representative told me there was a problem in their operations department. 

I have emailed the principal of the company, but have no response.  This is very disturbing since I have hired a contractor who is now on hold to complete my job.  This is costing me money each day we delay the completion of my project.

Since my money has been used by this company for over 30 days and I have no merchandise I am concerned that I have been ripped off!!

When calling the customer service dept of any company you expect to get an answer, but this company did not offer any explanation for this delay.  No way to do business!!
