DIRECT TV & MY DISH NOW ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Jacksonville Florida Internet
I subscribed to Directv and I got a special package that includes local and all hispanic channels. Happens that in order to get a/m I needed to get the oval dish instead of the round dish that was installed in my house. I called Directv and they wanted me to buy the oval dish for US$ 49.99 plus installation. When I explained the problem, Directv recomended me to talk to the private company that installed the dish for them.
I did and they told me that I need to pay us$24.99 plus installation to get the oval dish which I responded that they knew the package I was getting therefore they should have known that I needed the oval dish. Directv blames MyDishNow and viceversa. In conclusion, I'm paying for a package that I'm not getting and either company Directv or MyDishNow do not take the measure and responsability to correct the problem unless they get pay all over again.
