I have been speaking with Direct TV on numerous occasions and have requested that a signed copy of my original agreement be sent to me to validate I have a 24 month agreement and also to validate that I owe $223.75 in early termination charges. They stated that they dont have a copy of the agreement.  I also requested a copy of any verbal recordings and they also said that they dont have those records. I have also included documentation to show an illegal debt of $223.75 on 6/15/11 I have spoke with the following Direct TV representatives on the following dates
6/14/11 Nicole 100234302 stated there is no signed agreement and that I will have to email Direct TV. I did email them and you will see that with the attached email I asked that I get copy of my signed agreement. I also requested that they do not debit my account because I have never authorized Direct TV to do so.
6/15/11 Ken 100266164 I spoke with ken and again requested that I get a copy of my signed agreement to validate that they have my consent to debt my account for $223.75. He also stated that there is no signed agreement or any voice recordings of an agreement. I asked to speak with his supervisor and was told that I would get a call back. I never received a call.
6/16/11 Cynthia 100396109 I spoke with Cynthia and also asked her for a signed agreement she also stated that they dont have one. I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was transferred to Camisha 100436898 She stated that she is the Resolutions Supervisor. I asked her for a copy of my signed agreement. She also informed me that Direct TV doesnt have one. I was then transferred to Martes 10035143 the Manager of Resolutions He finally stated that I would have to an attorney write a letter to the Direct TV Corporate offices 2230 East Imperial Highway El Segundo CA 90245 to get a copy of my original signed agreement.
6/20/11 I got a call from Direct TV Rep Loyd 100180381 in regards to a letter that asked him to not call me to only correspond via mail.  Loyd then said he would have to transfer me to Aaron 100519137 in install because they dont have any copies of an agreement. Aaron then informed me that they dont have a physical copy of my agreement that I would have to contact Halstead Communications. I asked him for the phone number but he said he doesnt have it. He also doesnt know what office installed my Direct TV service.
 Then 6/16/11 I checked my bank account and Direct TV did a debit of $223.75 without my consent. I called the bank and placed a stop payment on the charge. That cost me $25.00 to do that. I would truly appreciate any help you can provide. I have researched the business practices of Direct TV and I have found hundreds of the same problems that other customers have encountered.

So what is your complaint? You knew that you had a contract and what the early termination fee would be. 

You had to give to them your bank account number or they couldn't have taken the $233.75 you knew was in your agreement.

Why is this anyone elses fault?
