DirectMatches.com Unable to cancel subscription Internet
I have tried sveral times to cancel my subscription with DirectMatches.com but I have not been successful - I have tried calling them as indicated on their website, but continue to get charged every month via my credit card.
There is no number on the website - I keep leaving them eMails via their website and no one get back to me.
Is there anything I can do about this?

This information is NOT posted on the their Website - The message machine indicates that they will call you back after leaving your User name and Phone number, but no ever calls you back. My advise to anyone having and issue with DirectMatches.com is to call your Credit Card company and have them stop payment for this Vendor.
Email that was sent to me.

Its pretty simple to cancel and we have 10,000s of members that have no problem with this option so I am not sure the difficulty you can be having. Please call our billing dept at 571-223-6117 9am to 5pm EST Mon to Fri and they can cancel your account for you.
