On 8/30/2010 We ordered Direct tv's Choice Xtra package for $34.99 a month which usually is $64.99.I was offered the NFL premier package after one month on 10/2/2010 for five months.I asked the operator if I could go back after five months,and still get my original rebates (see bottom of letter).Which would of kept it at $34.99 a month the first year,and $14 less the next year.He said,"yes".I made a note of it,and on 3/2/2011 I cancelled,and when back to my original package.They cancelled my rebates,and said it was becaused I changed packages.I pulled up the terms and conditions of the rebates(see below),and I can only lose the rebates if I cancel direct tv;they cancel it for me or I have lost "good standing" which none has been the case.I have wrote several times,and they keep lowering the bill,but not to where it should be according to the contract.Status Details Confirmation Number
