Complaint Review: Discount-coach.com - Internet

First of all, it started when I googled "Coach Purses" & I found that they were too expensive. And I saw on the internet "Coach Outlet", people were saying on blogs & yahoo answers to go to a Coach Outlet , because they were like 70% off. And , I didn't have any in my area, so I thought I could go online & type in Coach Outlet store website, and what came from the search was "Discount-coach.com". I thought great, I'll order one here. They were about $70, and the site claims it is an Authentic Coach Outlet store, even with a picture of their store & the history. The purses looked very nice, and they claimed to have 100% refund & Free Express Shipping & Tracking number. Which sounded great. I had NO idea they were in Hong Kong. I had No idea these were fake plastic purses!

So, anyways, I used a Visa card to pay $70, & they took the money off my card right away. Then, they told me they would ship it the next day & I would get it within 2-7 days. Exciting,right? Wrong.

Then, I kept checking the status everyday & for about 2 weeks nothing happened, the status said "In Process", So, I was like- what's going on? I sent an email. A couple days later, they got back to me & said they were working on shipping it out. I said okay, but didn't you say 2-7 days for me to recieve it? I keep being lead on with fake tracking numbers & packages that don't even have my name , or address on them, they are saying they are mine , when they are someone else's. It's a wild goose chase, driving an hour away , and it turns out the tracking number they gave me, the girl ordered from their site. How could they get that wrong? Obviously they are doing this to keep me quiet for a while. You don't make a mistake of giving someone a tracking number, because if it was on accident, it might be a number wrong on the tracking number, and then on usps.com, it would tell me its not a valid tracking number, But I'm certain they did this on purpose to keep me quiet for a month, thinking my package was coming. And they just happen to give me a tracking number for someone that lived an hour away from me????? I don't think so.

Please someone help me. I want to get them once and for all. So, they don't do this to anyone else. I don't want the illegal fake purse. I want my money back, & them to not be stealing people's hard earned money. Thank you for reading.

They sent an email saying sorry please be patient. Then, After a few days & still it was not shipped out, I told them if it couldn't get shipped out in the next few days to just cancel it. They said ok. Then, the same day- I got an email that gave me a tracking number. Finally!

But I kept tracking it & it didn't leave their country- of CHINA, for about a week. Then, finally it did, & so here I am yesterday- Friday- I go to usps.com & type in my tracking number from the email they sent me, and it said my package was in Chicago & going to Saint Louis today- which is about 45 minutes from my house.

And, I tacked it again & it said it was in Gillespie,IL. & it had been picked up by someone on Saturday morning. (Today)- I was like what? So, I called the post office in Gillespie & they told me the tracking number I had was a box they got in today from China , from the same exact company I ordered MY purse from, & the lady picked it up and had a receipt with the SAME tracking number I had.

So, they never sent my package. And told me they would give me my money back & never did. Now, they keep leading me on & telling me they'll send me a new one. But it's been a month & I've gotten NOTHING. I feel like crying because I'm under a lot of stress already & now have to deal with this scam company & them making charges on my credit card which I didn't authorize. I have no one to tell them on, or no one to help me, because they have been getting away with this for a while now & they are so far away, I can't do anything.
