Ordered DVD on 10-25-09, They charged my Visa card same day, kept checking status that said order not filled yet! Checked shipping, Said up to 30 days. Still kept checking order status till one day it would not accept my order, and said it had never existed. Today is 12-31-2009 and have had no reply or product.
