Discount Gold Brokers took my order and my money Nov 5th 2013, and have not delivered my silver in nearly 4 months. Mike used to talk and give me excuses. Now they no longer answer the phone.

I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. The bottom line is you work hard for your money it's time we put a stop to this circus clown in California. It seems that when you try to buy something and spend a small amount of money he will deliver the goods. But after he feels that you trust him and you place a big order that's when he takes your money and runs.
People work hard for their money it's time we put a stop to this circus clown and the Atty. Gen. in California needs to do her job that's why you're being taxed so she can do her job. If she doesn't do her job she needs to be replaced here is the Atty. Gen.'s contact information in California it's trying to get mad it's time to get even it's time to get pissed.

MIKE BERMAN, MANAGER OF DISCOUNT GOLD BROKERS IS RUNNING A FRAUD OPERATION. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT. I HAVE A COPY OF AN INVOICE AND A CACELED CHECK FOR 1000 AMERICAN SILVER EAGLES WHICH WERE ORDERED ON 3-+18-2013, BUT WERE NEVER DELIVERED. THRY TELL YOU DIFFERENT STORY EVERY TIME YOU CALL. I paid for 100 Silver Eagles and made a deposit on February 25th, 2013 and mailed a check that same day. On March 1st I received a call from Discount Gold Brokers asking where the money was. In the same time it takes for first class letter to be delivered, Discount Gold Brokers was already calling me demanding to get paid.
According to my bank the check to Discount Gold Brokers cleared electronically on March 1st. On March 15th I was told the product would be available for shipment on March 25th. On April 12th, 2013 I was told that they have been unable to get my silver eagles from the treasury. It has now been 6 weeks since my order was paid for and it has yet to be shipped.

I purchased the Gold in August and am still waiting for delivery. I have my lawyer involved and that means legal costs and am considering filing in the Courts as well. I can't believe you think the credentials of the complainants are fraudulent, I am out over $105,000 but will give them a run for their money legally, I too dealt with Mike Berman and have even given a Power of Attorney to my lawyer registered at DGB to ship to him as I travel extensively and they insist I must sign personally or give a Power. It's a month since the Power was sent and they are still making every lame excuse about shipment, I am also thinking of reporting them to the Feds as they are dealing across state lines and the Feds have jurisdiction, urge all who have not received their gold, not to take this lightly, report it to the Law & Order establishments so they can be brought to Book.

I read with great interest your complaints. let me tell you my experience. l was 1st time buyer of gold. I contacted goldline and made a large purchase. The same day i sent the check i saw a discount gold add on tv.l called and talked to bobby who convinced me to buy from them. i stopped payment on check and bought from discount gold. bobby euiytxplained to me it would take 2-8 weeks for me to get delivery at minimum.
it took longer than 8 weeks but they took every call i made and mlke berman even called me every week and even one of the owners called me to make sure i was made aware of what was going on with my delivery. my gd arrived yesrerday and i could not be happler. disount gold done everything they said they would do and more. they even sent me fee silver. i saved 4000.00 by buying through discount gold. Everyyone needs to not panic when things dont go exactly as planned. i feel very fourtunate to have found this co.

chances are very high you are employed by this company or a relative. I'm 14 wks out and still have not received my gold. now told by Wendy in administration 8 wks is minimum and USUALLY 16 wks or more - it is on the website. Related to her their website states 2 -8 wks or less. She insinuated I was lying. Look it up I did. Who in their right mind would send / wire cash and hope 16 wks later you would actually receive your order.

I bought from this company several times and still buy from them.They gave me the best deal and I refered over a dozen of my relatives that bought from them and everyone got there delivery!I get all my deliveries and I will keep buying from them because I have been buying gold and silver for 30 years.They were the best find when I saw them on T.V. years ago.How can someone say they do not get there order. I dont believe that and would bet all my gold they got there delivery.You must be bored or impatient.
