Discount rentals Laura Craigslist Internet

I found an apartment ad on craigslist, the apartment was cheap and stated it was in my city, BUT no address. I contacted Laura by email thinking maybe she made a mistake not adding the location of the rental. this is what she sent me:

The property we have that's currently vacant right now is a 1 bedroom 1.0 bath with garage in an amazing neighborhood. The rental has a washing machine and dryer.

There have not been any pets in the home so there are no smells, stains or odors. The home is pet friendly with no breed restrictions, we do not charge a fee or require a deposit but if your pet damages the property you are responsible for repairs.

To rent our property we require the following:

1. A valid Driver's License or Photo ID

2. The 1st months rent

3. Completed background check for each applicant

4. Lease Agreement (month to month, 6 months or 1 year), I'll bring this to the showing

I found it odd she still didnt give an address, I clicked on the link before being done with this game. I never completed it, its a background check that cost 39.95. I googled her email and was sent to ripoffreport for a different discount rental email scam......which was the same email but different first name. She has not responsed to my questions
