DiscountWholesalersInc.com Unethical Wholesaler - Sold Items of Production Year 2012 North Carolina
Very unethical wholesaler. I have recently received my bulk purchase from Discount Wholesaler Inc. To my shock, their cosmetic items were produced in year 2012! Now it's 2018 which mean the items were around 6 years old. Shelf life for cosmetics is 3-5 years in general. I had requested for a refund as they did not highlight that their items were expired / aged beyond the general shelf life.
I will definitely not use a 6 years old item on my face. To my disgust, they rejected the refund stating that items under final sale are not refundable. They also refused exchange. I felt cheated for paying a hefty sum of money for a batch of expired stock. Very unethical wholesalers. In the first place they should not be listing those items. It can be harmful for customers. Please do not support such business which just want to earn money at the expense of others' health or wellbeing. Thank you.
