Dish network Tried debiting $2000.00 out of my checking & change my subscription to everything the sell Engle wood California
i got my bill with unauthorized billing for blockbuster@ at home
i called customer service the foreign rep was rude & hung up on me. shortly after I got email they charge my account $500 & changed all my programming To everything they have to offer. When I contacted dish. I found out the employee tried debiting $2000 first then $1000 then $500 since that's my limit on my debit card thats allmthey cold get. which is on file with them for auto pay. When talking to a supervisor to straighten this up I couldnt belive she had the gall to ask me if I wanted half price movie channels. Then told me it could take up to 5-7 days to credit my account when it only took seconds to charge it. She could clearly see that some one internal was trying to rip me off or cause some headaches.
3 months Pryor to this the service tech that installed our new dish took the remotes to our TV & our blue ray players we still have not got this resolved.
