I can go on and on and I will. I have never had the same bill for more than 2 months in a row. As you may know they lost a law suit and had to reduce prices for a period of time. The did mine, but one month they added the reduction right back on the next month.
I signed up over the phone with an emarket company and was told I would have a fixed price. Of course that never happened and Dish says they can change prices at any time, which you agree to when you sign when having the installation done. This even though you were sold the service as a fixed rate.
Their CEO goes on TV and advertises that there is no charge for HD, NEVER, EVER. Yet I am charged $10 a month. However they say I can get HD free if I resign for another 2 years, or I can PAY a one time charge of $99 for FREE HD.
Also I was to have Cinemax for a year for 1 penny. They removed it after 10 months.
Dish Network is crooked beyond belief. Do not ever use them, not for a second.

Becky, do you and Mr. Bursa take a look at all these complaints and see the amount of them here on this site. Are you all so blind at Dish that you can not see that the consumers feel cheated. Something is obviously wrong with your company as none of your rebuttals give real hard core clarification.........just like calling someone at the number..........and hope too that you get someone that is not outsourced. Your company is bilking us. Bottom line. And it will catch up.

Hi there! My name is Becki Barned. I am with Dish Network customer service. I read your post, and I am sorry for the frustrations you have had with Dish. We do strive for customer service, and do want all customers to be satisfied with our services; billing included. With HD free for life, you are able to get that promotion with the two options you noted. It is agreat service, i do suggest participating in the promotion! With Cinemax for a Penney, if auto pay if removed from the account for any reason, then the promotion ends. So that may have been why it was removed. If you have any further questions, or comments, feel free to find us on Twitter or Blog back!
Thanks,
Becki B.
