I agree with you,i don't have time to sit down each month to see what my bills are for.They should be for what you ask them for and nothing more. I hadn't been checking my bills,I'd just write a check for a bill when i got one only once a month and i caught att charging me for something about music and games and my cell bill i dont have time to play games and download music. I dont know how long i had been paying for this crap but when i found it i called them took 45 minutes on the phone to get it taken off and the idiots i guess just wanted one more month of the charges because it was on the next bill also.Well who's the idiot needless to say i have my PA go over all my bills before i even get them now.

why wouldnt check your bills monthly....it is each individuals responsibility...all companies not only dish can make a mistake which is why you get a detailed bill each month of the charges and like most companies there is a time frame to dispute the charges so in this case it would be the cusomers fault for not keeping up with there own records...if u had u wouldve caught this in septenber and not 9 mnths later
