"On August 21, 2011 at 9.20 pm I received a call from 760-705-8888 saying he is from dish network and our satellite position is changing and our equipment needs to be upgraded. He verified that he is from dish network by repeating my programming"
Dish Network should send out an email or put something in writing about this to other customers (or maybe just run an advertisement).
Although the above statement is obviously not true to people that are familiar with satellite communications some people just do not understand that this is not possible.
