During my 12 month agreement with dish network I had problems with them every single month. Wrong billing, unauthorize credit card charging is their normal policy. I returned one receiver in July 2004 and next month I was charged the whole amount for this receiver like it was never returned. They finally found it in their warehouse and gave me a credit, but it cost me a lot of time and nerves.

Finally when my contract with Dish Network was over, I switched to Comcast. My final bill was paid in full and all equipment was returned on time. A month later my credit card was charged for 547.00 by Dish Network for "unreturned" equipment. When I called them it didn't take more than 10 minutes to find out they have all equipment for more than a month. I never gave them

my credit card number. I made one-time payment with this card on-line and they not supposed to even keep my card number.

So it was totally unauthorized fraudulent charge which mess me up for a week! I wasted the whole day on the phone with them and finally they agreed to return the charge, but I was told it will take 5 to 7 business days for this charge to be posted back!!! What a nice loan with no interest! Customer service was really bad and I wish this company will go out of business and I will never hear about them again!!!
