Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I receive a call from DISH Network sales person from New York he offer me very good promotion with very less monthly payment and he also offer me to buy a HD DVR for $250.00 when I sign up for this promotion for 18 month, next day I received a call saying that we make a mistake this is rental deposit not purchase I ask him when I get the deposit back he told me when you send us back the HD DVR.

I notice they are charging unnecessary charges the one sales person never mention and my bill according to the sales person before sign up will be around $55.00 but my bill was around $115.00. I called and canceled the HD channels and send them back the DVR (RA # 20264481) after sending back the DVR two weeks after I called for the credit the sales girls hang up after listening my whole story, then I called again talked to another sales girls name Nancy she told me is not in the contract to give you back your deposit I told her that the sales person told me when I got this service but she said no we cant help you and cant give you any credit her operator ID (KPY) then I talked to the supervisor she gave me the same answer her name Kathleen operator ID (151). Please we need help when sales person offer us different promotion they don't mention any hidden charges but when you stuck with the service then company start charging you so many hidden charges. If you try to cancel they ask you to pay cancellation fees more then $150.00. I end up paying $150.00 for the first month then $250.00 for the HD DVR.. This report is not about the money but what Company and sales person doing this is fraud.

Your first bill was for $115 because Dish bills you for two months the first time, so that you are always paying a month ahead. Your sales rep should have explained that to you.
