I signed up for Dish Network and had problems right away.

The service didn't work correctly.

Service call was a no show

I had to return my DVR twice.

I had multiple people be rude to me.

6mos later I had had it! I get them to agree to let me out of my 18mo contract at no charge.

They said they would send boxes for their equipment.

A week or so later I get a call from Dish. A very nice woman offers me 6mos free if I return. She said I would get the same package at absolutly no cost to me starting immediately. I was wary...but agreed. She said my service would be on with in minutes. Later that night when I got home I saw that my service was not on.

I called- was told that it would be on right away. Waited over an hour...

It came on but no local or premium channels... 2 calls later and finally it's working.

About a week later I get a bill from DISH for over $150!! I called and was informed that Dish would not be honoring the offer saying that it was too generous. I was told that the rep that gave me the offer would call within 48 hours and explain everything. I never recieved a call.

I called to follow up and was told that the credits were applied and to not worry about the bill, "it would go away"

The next day UPS showed up for the 3rd or 4th time to pick up my equipment.

The equipment that I was keeping due to the free offer.

I called Dish to make sure that I was not going to be billed for "un returned" equipment. While on hold the automated billing msg still said that I owed over $150 for Service. When I tried to clarify this with the CSR, she became rude and sarcastic. And told me I was still going to be billed the DVR fee and taxes and that my credits would not apply till August so I had to pay the amount owed.

I asked to speak with her manager. I calmly explained the whole situation to her manager who proceeded to HANG UP on me while "looking into my account"

I called back and immediately asked for a manager. When that manager came of the line quite awhile later. He immediately had an attitude saying that I would not LET the former CSR help me!? He said that the credits will apply but that I had to pay the amount owed. The account had already been adjusted and there was nothing he could do. When I asked who could help me he said "no one".

Basically if I want the credits I have to pay this amount, if I dont ,they will cut off my service and charge me even more money, report it to collections and not have to give me 6 mos free. It's almost unbelievable!! How do they get away with this?

This has been the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

My service has not worked from day one and they have recieved a lot of $$ from me.

I want a refund of the money they have gotten (via autopay) for NOTproviding service. All of the time and money spent to follow up on this is mind blowing.
