I too live in Anaheim, and I must point out that you're complaining about overcrowding in the second most successful theme park in the United States (the first being, of course, Walt Disney World) In the days immediately surrounding a major national holiday. I was in the park the weekend before Presidents day, My partner, and a large number of my good friends are all cast members, and they say every year, President's day weekend is one of the most crowded (that and July 4), and before you say something about limiting the number of people allowed in. They do. It's legally required by the fire marshal to limit the number of people admitted to any establishment at a given time. On Christmas day, Disneyland is 99.9% of the time filled to capacity, with lines stretching all the way across the esplanade. I'm sorry you didn't have a good time, but you did choose an awful time to go.
