You see you failed to address the Issue at hand. I was told by your employee that shirts were fine Italian made? and yet here we are. Racial Slurs. Im surprised you dont call me antisimetic. Is it by just by some random event of that you happen to be a Jew and you happen to be dishonest and cunning? I think not. Dont worry mate I dont want nothing from you I dont want money I dont want you to fix it I dont want to get close to your store again or get near any other of your tribe member for that matter. Well 30 50 years makes no difference Im not lying im not falsifing im not making things up picture proves it. And I cant deny that the Suit is Italian cotton. I cant deny that because it is true. As for the other things they are true as well.

With the way you use derogatory terms to describe me is unnecessary! That alone speaks volumes of what type of person you are! I offered to discuss this if it's true, I also offered if it's true, I will give money back with your receipt, and you still use foul language and insults. I do not need a customer like you anyway.
I'm celebrating 30 years in business here at Distante and having a blast with my clients. So to end this, Thank you and hope you have a wonderful life! 30years at Distante and only one complaint with someone that uses racial slurs to complain. You make the decision!

Of course Im a competitor who specifically picked your store your particular location with a particular story. What an act of randomness. Yes you care so much for your clients that you carefully and with a smile in your face fxxx them right in the a*s. Not that is a big for a few hundred dollars or for a shirt or fabric you you misreperesented as authentic italian when it was not but its the concept in itself. I wanted something specific something nice I picked carefully and backed it up with with cold cash in hand in full. but so is the business. It would more honorable for you to accep and just say you did instead of trying to argue and trying to fix it now. Call you? for what? its been over a year are giving my money back in full? I dont think so. I undersood precissely what you did mate but doesnt matter you lost a client.

In business for over 40 years and never had this complaint! We deal with very important people and carry only the finest that custom clothing has to offer with service that is second to none!. This is either a competitor or discruntled employee!

I had a totally different expierence. My Father and I went to Distante and purchased 2 custom made suits and shirts for my wedding. Everything was made in Italy and it was Loro Piana fabric which was very beautiful. They took there time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. We ended up spending $6700 which was less than What Barney's New York wanted for off the rack Loro Piana. I am very satisfied whith my purchase.
